I tried to sign in to my account and I got a message that my password or id is incorrect. It is the same one I used a couple of days a go to get in. I then clicked on the link to "I forgot my password". That brought up a screen where I entered my email address and it said it had sent a link to reset my password. Wonderful, except no link has been received. I went through that a second time and got the message that a link had been sent. Still no link. What is my next step to get to my account?
Cna I set up a new account without experiencing some sort of conflict?

I finally got a link and got in after the third attempt to get the link.

yeah free isn't as fast ;) and if you used ptd mail its even slower

I used my Yahoo address and my Outlook address and neither of them ever came through. PTD did come through after a few minutes.
