Is there away to do a quick Scan or just scan the C/ Drive

I think u scan the whole drive don't know of any quick scan option its not like a malware scanner .....and I use the biz version so u need to poke around and see what features it has

I've cleaned up to many systems depending on avast and avg to ever use them again

I now have Sophos home on both of my computers. Ran a scan on my wife's computer and it found 1 PUP (coupon printer) which she uses all the time. I put it in the exception list.

She has used this one for years and I have not seen any potentially dangerous activity. I am pretty much sure it will track what she is printing, but have not had any indication of password/financial account number, etc. capture.

I have 1 pup on my computer. It is a free bulk photo re-sizer which I have used for years also with no indication of any dangerous activity. The installer comes with a toolbar which I declined to install.

unless you use some kind of packet analyzer u won't know what its looking at or sending

Yes. But I do know if a problem had occurred and so far after however many years there has been no problem created.

u would not know if anything was taken ...just cause something gets taken does not mean it will be used ....so with out some kind of packet analysis u really don't know what its doing
