Amazon Echo and Tap

Post by nyc50 » March 11th, 2017, 2:18 pm

I recently purchased an Amazon Tap. So far very pleased with it. A snap to setup and it performs as advertised and sound better than expected. Just curious if anyone else has one and what their opinions are and their experiences.

Could you expand on that please? I have a secure setting with a good password and 'guests' never use my wifi.

simple
don't put IOT devices on the main network its an extra layer of security .... your IOT devices have absolutely NO need to see the main networks traffic ... especially if they get exploited like they do now and exploit owns that segment
good password has NOTHING to do with it since its already on your main network
